What to include with your application

Please prepare the following before you begin:

A copy of the lot survey with the proposed alteration drawn on it. Required for all applications.

A legible sketch or drawing showing the location, size, type of construction, and dimensions.

Contractor information, if applicable.

Color swatches. For exterior painting, include the approved color scheme number.

Pictures or samples showing the proposed style, color, and materials.

A detailed description of the alteration, plus any other information needed to evaluate the request.

Has the alteration already been made?

A $100 fee must be included with an application submitted after work has been completed. Payment of the fee does not waive the community standards or guarantee approval.

Can I begin work after submitting the application?

No. Submission is not approval. Wait until written approval has been issued before beginning any work.

What happens if my application is incomplete?

The ARC coordinator may contact you for missing or clearer information. The review cannot move forward until the needed materials are received.

How will I know my application was received?

You will receive an automatic confirmation email after the online form is submitted.
