How to submit an architectural request

Read the community standards and identify the requirements that apply to your project.
Prepare your documents
Gather the survey, drawings, materials, colors, contractor information, and other required details.
Submit the application
Complete the online form and attach all supporting documents before work begins.
What to include with your application
Please prepare the following before you begin:
Has the alteration already been made?
A $100 fee must be included with an application submitted after work has been completed. Payment of the fee does not waive the community standards or guarantee approval.
Only publish resources and forms supplied and approved by the board.
Submit your ARC application
Complete every required field and upload clear, legible supporting documents. Incomplete applications may require follow-up before they can be reviewed.
After you submit
The ARC coordinator will review the submission for completeness and enter the request into the association's management system. The committee may request more information before making a decision.
