Review the clubhouse calendar to see which dates and times may be available.
Submit Your Request
Complete the online reservation form for your preferred four-hour time block.
Wait for Approval
The Association Manager will review your request and confirm whether the clubhouse is available.
Pay Online
Once your request is approved, you will receive a secure payment link for the full $200.

No. Submitting a request does not reserve the clubhouse. The date is held only after your request is approved, payment is received, and confirmation is sent.
The rental fee is $100 for a four-hour block, plus a $100 refundable cleaning deposit — $200 total. Payment is made through a secure online payment link after your request is approved.
After your request is approved, you will receive a secure online payment link for the $200 total. You are not asked to pay when you submit your request, and your reservation is final only after payment is received and confirmation is sent.
The Association Manager reviews requests and maintains the calendar. A date that appears open is not held until a request has been approved, paid, and confirmed.
