Why it matters

A clear process protects everyone

Architectural review helps preserve the appearance, consistency, and long-term value of the community. Starting with the right information can prevent delays and make the review process smoother.

Submission is not approval. Do not begin work until written approval has been provided.

A legible sketch or drawing showing the location, size, type of construction, and dimensions.
Contractor information, if applicable.
Color swatches. For exterior painting, include the approved color scheme number.
Pictures or samples showing the proposed style, color, and materials.
A detailed description of the alteration, plus any other information needed to evaluate the request.

Has the alteration already been made?
